Childhood resident of Meductic after graduating from high school was employed by a firm of chartered accountants in Saint John.
Left Saint John to take a position as comptroller of Thomas Equipment Ltd in Centreville after a four year stay at Thomas he formed an accounting partnership with Winston Neilsen know as Neilsen Pawsey & Co.
Subsequently sold the accounting firm and employed as a consultant with McCain and Co, Chartered Accountants in Florenceville.
Married to the former Gaynelle Henderson and has two grown children Geoffrey (Fredericton) and Paige Humber (Kingston, Ontario).
